Thrive has extensive expertise in conducting community health needs assessments (CNHA). A community needs assessment provides community leaders, governmental agencies, and healthcare systems with a snapshot of local policy, systems, and environmental strategies currently in place and helps to identify areas for improvement. With this data, Thrive works to support client's goals in creating health improvement strategies to make a positive impact in their communities.
